She believes that living in alignment with one’s dharma—one’s true calling—is essential for a fulfilled and balanced life. Her journey began in the corporate world, having completed her MBA in London and built a strong foundation as a Sales and Marketing professional. Yet, as destiny would have it, her natural inclination toward teaching, self-growth, and living with authenticity continued to call her inward.
A trained Hatha Yoga teacher and Fitness Coach with over 15 years of teaching experience, she blends traditional yogic wisdom with modern fitness practices. Her background in women’s competitive fitness has shaped her deep understanding of strength, discipline, and body confidence.
Shreiyah believes holistic wellness is incomplete without spirituality. Through Bhakti Yoga, she guides individuals toward their true spiritual nature and connection with the Divine. As a Vedic Astrologer, she integrates astrology as a self-awareness tool to understand emotional patterns, life phases, and inner challenges.
